Our kitchen draws from the waters of Resurrection Bay and the rich agricultural heritage of the Kenai Peninsula. Every dish tells a story of place — Dungeness crab, wild Alaskan salmon, foraged herbs, and ingredients sourced from neighbors within a hundred miles.
